STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR PROSPECTIVE HOMEBUYERS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SERVICES FROM Andrew J Markowitz Real Estate LLC

There is no general requirement to provide photo identification prior to a property showing. However, prior to entry to an Andrew J Markowitz Real Estate LLC sales office, customers may be required to present photo identification for security or similar purposes. Also, individual property owners/sponsors/developers/managing agents may require identification prior to a showing and Andrew J Markowitz Real Estate LLC will communicate this information to customers in advance of such showing.

An exclusive buyer representation agreement is not required.

A pre=approval for a mortgage loan is not required to work with us, per se, however, individual property owners/sponsors/developers may require one – and if so, Andrew J Markowitz Real Estate LLC will communicate that to customers as applicable for any properties that customers may wish to view.
